By placing an order or making a purchase through Noble Archives, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout.

Unless required by applicable law or stated at checkout, digital purchases, subscriptions, and opened case access may be non-refundable because access to digital content can begin immediately. If you are not satisfied with a good or service we provide, contact us and we will review the issue. Refunds, credits, and cancellations may depend on the product, service, timing, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.

If you send or post ideas, suggestions, designs, photographs, information, data, proposals, or other submissions, you agree that they may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Noble Archives may use, copy, modify, publish, redistribute, develop, manufacture, market, or otherwise exploit those submissions for any purpose and in any medium without compensation, credit, or obligation to you.

By using our website or application, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply only to the Service. The Service may contain links to websites not operated or controlled by Noble Archives. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, opinions, practices, rules, or policies.

When you leave the Service through a third-party link, your activity is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

We may change the Service, our policies, and these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we may notify you through the Service before material changes take effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you are no longer authorized to use Noble Archives and may delete your account.

Noble Archives reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, application, or any connected service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Updates may modify or remove certain features or functionality. You agree that we have no obligation to provide updates or to continue providing any particular feature or functionality.

Third-party services and links are provided solely as a convenience. Noble Archives is not responsible for third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect.

You access and use third-party services entirely at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Noble Archives. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Noble Archives may suspend or terminate these Terms or your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms or if we otherwise determine suspension or termination is appropriate.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Noble Archives at law or in equity.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe material on our website or application infringes your copyright, contact us with the information needed to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the notice is accurate and authorized.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Archives, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or any law, or violation of a third party’s rights.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Noble Archives does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, accurate, reliable, or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations on consumer statutory rights, so some exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noble Archives and its suppliers will not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, privacy, business interruption, personal injury, or inability to use the Service.

Notwithstanding any damages you may incur, the total liability of Noble Archives and its suppliers under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Noble Archives, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noble Archives concerning the Service and supersede prior written or oral agreements on the same subject.

Noble Archives is a product and service of Fermionic Innovations Inc. Fermionic Innovations Inc. owns or controls the digital platform, website, application, software, source code, interface design, technical systems, databases, workflows, integrations, and related technology used to provide the Service, except for third-party technology or content owned by others.

北京智乐源文化发展有限公司 (Beijing Zhileyuan Culture Development Co., Ltd.) owns the story content used in the cases, including scripts, storylines, plots, clues, case text, narrative structures, and related literary materials, and owns or controls certain character designs and related creative assets. Those materials are used in the Service under authorization or license.

Artwork, character portraits, maps, audio, video, images, visual designs, names, marks, and other materials in the Service may be owned by Fermionic Innovations Inc., Beijing Zhileyuan Culture Development Co., Ltd., licensors, vendors, or other rights holders, depending on the material. All such materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing, unlocking, or viewing a case gives you a limited right to access that case inside the Service for personal gameplay only. It does not transfer ownership of any story content, character design, script, clue, artwork, map, software, technology, or other content or asset. No material may be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, adapted, extracted, or otherwise used outside the Service without express written permission from the applicable rights holder.

This section applies to disputes except claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property rights. The term “dispute” is interpreted broadly and includes disputes between you and Noble Archives concerning the Service or these Terms.

Before starting arbitration, the party raising a dispute must send a Notice of Dispute describing the party, contact information, facts giving rise to the dispute, and requested relief. Notices to Noble Archives may be sent by email to agency.of.time@gmail.com.

If a dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation within sixty days, it may be resolved through binding arbitration. You understand that arbitration may waive the right to litigate disputes in court before a judge or jury, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Noble Archives may offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or similar activities governed by separate rules. You are responsible for reading those rules and confirming your eligibility before participating.

Additional terms may apply to purchases of goods or services through the Service, and those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we may refuse or cancel orders placed for that product or service, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been charged. If payment has already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue an appropriate credit to the original payment method where possible.

Any waiver of a provision of these Terms is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Noble Archives. No failure or delay in exercising a right will operate as a waiver of that right.

Noble Archives may be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief in the event of a breach or anticipated breach by you. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Noble Archives is not responsible for content, code, or other imprecision and does not provide warranties or guarantees beyond those required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to Service content at any time without prior notice.
