We may also occasionally collect information that is publicly available on social media websites. You can control how much information social media websites make public by changing your privacy settings on those services.

We may share personal and non-personal information with trusted third parties that help us operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including hosting, database storage, authentication, email management, customer service, order fulfillment, analytics, and payment processing providers.

We may share information with current or future affiliated companies and business partners, and we may transfer information in connection with a merger, asset sale, financing, bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar business transaction, provided that the recipient agrees to handle the information consistently with this Privacy Policy.

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive emails from us. You may opt out of email lists at any time through an unsubscribe link or other opt-out option included in the relevant email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them directly or through a third party.

Email addresses submitted only through an order processing page are used for information and updates related to that order, unless you have provided the same email address to us through another method. We do not send unsolicited commercial email.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide Noble Archives to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

When we no longer need to use your information and have no legal or regulatory reason to retain it, we will remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that it can no longer identify you.

We implement security measures intended to maintain the safety of personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access personal information. Sensitive payment information is transmitted using secure technology and handled by authorized payment providers required to keep it confidential.

After a transaction, private payment information such as credit card numbers is not kept on file by Noble Archives. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot warrant that information transmitted to the Service will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a breach of physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Fermionic Innovations Inc. is incorporated in Canada. Information collected through the Service or through direct interactions with us may be transferred to offices, personnel, vendors, or service providers located in Canada, the United States, or other countries.

Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using the Service you consent to the transfer, hosting, and processing of information in those locations.

Noble Archives is not intended for children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users under sixteen, or under the minimum age required by applicable law, should use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Depending on your relationship with Noble Archives and applicable law, you may request to update or correct personally identifiable information, change communication preferences, receive a record of information we have about you, or delete personally identifiable information maintained in active systems by cancelling your account or contacting us.

To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information.

It may not be technologically possible to remove every record from every backup or non-readily searchable system. Promptly after receiving a verified request, personal information in active databases and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed, or deleted as soon as reasonably and technically practicable.

If you are a Noble Archives worker or applicant, we collect information you voluntarily provide and use it for human resources purposes, including administering benefits and screening applicants.

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in connection with a sale, merger, transfer of substantially all assets, business discontinuance, bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar proceeding involving Noble Archives or a corporate affiliate, provided the third party agrees to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information to corporate affiliates. Corporate affiliates include entities that directly or indirectly control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Fermionic Innovations Inc.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Canada without regard to conflict of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

By using Noble Archives, registering an account, making a purchase, or contacting us directly, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes to this Privacy Policy are posted means that you accept those changes.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service. The Service may contain links to websites not operated or controlled by Noble Archives. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, opinions, practices, or policies of third-party websites.
